Congratulations to Sandra Mayorga, winner of this week’s Inspired Service Award!
Sandra was nominated for her impressive speed and accuracy in scheduling technician trips for safe and lock service. She says she believes there is a pace set by the whole technician service department that stems from the sense of urgency we have for helping take care of our clients and their needs.
With such an impressive record of work scheduled this last month, we asked Sandra what motivated her to deliver to such a high standard. She said that her motivation comes from the number she can see on her screen of clients that need service. With so many clients to help, you have to move at a fast pace, while remaining accurate and attentive to customer details. She says that the whole department does a great job with this. “We all understand the need for efficiency so well, that we really know how to follow each other.”
Sandra’s knowledge and understanding of her role is invaluable to the success of our business. It is this kind of experience and attention that allows Rolland to offer the inspired customer service we promise to our clients.
In Sandra’s spare time, you’ll find her spending time with her family – she especially looks forward to getting to see all of her family for the upcoming holidays.
Sandra said that she would like to thank her boss, Fernando Rede, and Brandon Douglas for being so detail oriented. She says that it is because of them that the pod has the sense of urgency to take care of our customers and do it right – the first time.
