Chris Libby has been a trusted member of the Rolland team since he joined. Recently, he has excelled in the field of customer service. His professionalism has shone through with his dealings over the New Year’s holiday. The proficiency he shows to our customers reassures them that we are doing all we can to handle any given situation that is thrown our way. The Gateway team would also like to give him a special thanks because of his willingness to help out when our safe team gets an overflow of calls.
