This week’s Inspired Service Award went to Chris Libby, who went above and beyond expectations this weekend when an emergency occurred with one of our clients.
In light of an emergency situation, Chris Libby came into the office at about midnight Friday night, and did not leave until 3:30 am, after the emergency with our client was resolved.
Because Rolland takes service seriously, we strive to provide support as fast as possible for all situations, especially when our clients have an emergency. This is the kind of service our clients expect, and we are only able to deliver this service thanks to the dedication and compassion of our employees.
